With more than 15 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry, I specialize in delivering personalized coverage solutions, exceptional client service, and strategic risk placement. My background spans property & casualty insurance, life insurance, and Medicare products.

From 2005 to 2011, I served as a Property and Casualty Insurance Inbound Call Agent for Allstate, where I assisted policyholders with coverage questions, quote requests, and account management. I consistently ranked among the top 3 agents nationwide for customer retention while meeting and exceeding service and sales performance standards.

In 2011, I advanced to the role of Auto Liability Claims Adjuster, a position I held until 2016. In this capacity, I investigated, evaluated, negotiated, and settled auto liability claims with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and fair outcomes for all parties involved.

From 2023 to 2024, I worked with Amerilife, selling life insurance door-to-door and Medicare insurance. I conducted one-on-one presentations and meetings with clients, clearly explaining Medicare options and life insurance coverages to help them make informed protection decisions.

Most recently, from 2024 to 2026, I have worked as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent under the Marketing Sales Agent program. In this role, I generate qualified leads through established centers of influence and strong business partnerships within the real estate industry. I also collaborate closely with independent agents to place clients who face challenges obtaining or maintaining coverage—whether due to prior declinations, policy cancellations stemming from claims history, or property-related issues.
